Buddy is my name. It is both “buddy” as Americans called their best friend, and also “budi” as Indonesian word for good mind. I am a Jesuit Scholastic and this is my seventh year in formation before my ordination as a catholic priest. I am 33 years old now and think that I could share my world and my life with people who have same interest with me in prayer and spirituality by creating this blog.

Most of the times in my life, I put my interest a lot in prayer. It could be a sign that tell me I really want to get closer with God, but also could be a warning that I have a problem concerning to prayer. Either of these always give a drive to myself to create a sense of prayerful moment or thoughts. Most of the time, I felt that I could not stand to do this to everybody that I met.

Therefore, when it comes to create a personal space on the internet, what comes first, is to create a some kind of shrine dedicated to Christ, One who I adored and One who makes me think that I am worth to live.

For that matter, generally this blog share prayer as a texts to be recited, reflection and thoughts to certain passage of the scriptures, church teachings, etc. Even there are songs or chants that you can hear (check the sonific songspot on this blog).
