Buddy is my name. It is both “buddy” as Americans called their best friend, and also “budi” as Indonesian word for good mind. I like to consider both as some of perceptions I could used to describe myself. I always want to be a good friend to others as well as I like to be noticed as a wise man.
I am a Jesuit Scholastic and this is my eleventh year in formation. I was ordained as a priest on July 28, 2010. It’s been a year now after that very blessed day. I am 38 years old guy and really think that I should share my thoughts and my life with others, also to expand the paradigm of spreading the Good News by writing on a blog. I started writing this blog sometime around the years 2006-2007. At first, it was meant to teach and encouraged the students of mine to use the internet smartly, by writing a blog instead of wasting their time with chatting or fooling around with social networking webs. Later on, it was me alone who were willing to continue the journey.
However, I paused quite long since I was busy enough to spare my time for blogging. I spent three years studying Theology in order preparing myself to priesthood. Ordinarily I serve at a Jesuit High School in Jakarta, Indonesia, namely SMA Kolese Kanisius as a dean of the students. These days, I decided to continue writing on this blog. I would not think like before when ambitiously expecting people to read my blog. Simply I just wanna write. Making my own journal about what I felt and how I counteract my vocation.
By doing so, I think this space would filled with daily reflection of mine toward reading of the liturgy of the day, but also, there should be some issues and their updates to the catholic’s things. If you just accidentally or not, come by to this space of mine, feel free to look around and write me your comment and opinion about what I have wrote. It should be a great opportunity to share and interchange with broad mind about what you and I had belief.

hey icecuub, that’s really a coincidence. I just return after a three years long pause. just today. I am thinking to begin the writing again since I’ll be in the new chapter in my life several months ahead.
